  • Age outside 50-59 range

Percentiles computed using survey-weighted analysis (WTSAF weight, divided by 2 to pool two cycles). HOMA-IR derived as fasting insulin (LBXIN) x fasting glucose (LBXGLU) / 405 using fasting-subsample data.
